Its easy with the right tools...must haves are 10mm ratcheting wrench ...short and deep sockets..wobbly sockets extra long extentions...
Pull exhaust. Remove the motor mount studs attatched to the subframe so you can slide the motor side to side...removing the valve covers is not nessasary but I do to get to the top bolts..you DO NOT have to remove the starter, motor mounts, alternator I've installed tti headers, jbas kook and arh all the same way...access some bolts by using a wobbly socket with a 2ft extension coming in through the suspension....mopar gaskets and 6.1 bolts work the best and have yet to ever back out...good luck

Be prepared for the all important "check engine light" to rear it's ugly head! Will need a custom tune also. You should add some hp and alot of rwtq. Good luck and let us know how it comes out. If you live where you don't need the cats then you are going to LOVE the new sound! Sending this imformation from doing the same thing except I used Stainless Works LT's.

theres 2 studs on each side of the motor where the mounts bolt to the front cross member..if you use a torx socket or I think an 8mm or 6mm socket you can remove the studs and nut so the motor mounts can slide left to right while still supporting the motor...just use a floor jack with a piece of wood to olift the motor and move to either side...as for the rear or sensors if your installing high flow cats go to the auto parts store and get 2 packs of spark plug anti foulers so you can trick the rear 02s so you dont get a check engine light

heres some pics I took of a jba install I did on a buddies car...same steps taken for long tube install...you can see the motor mount studs Im talking about and the tools I used and the angles I used to get to some of the bolts HEADER INSTALL pictures by DJDTECH - Photobucket

also DONT FORGET TO DISCONNECT THE BATTERY GROUND or you have some fire works when your wrench makes contact with the starter wire....
