Through your dealer is the best way.

 

Cut a good light, go at at WOL to the finish line. Then check your ET.
Oh, wait, you mean before you receive it!! LOL!
When I ordered mine, Dodge was helpful until it was built. Then only the dealer could help me. So, it was kind of a 2 step process.

 

Once you have your VIN, go to this page and click the black "CHAT" button. FCA Dodge

Select "customer assistance" as the reason for your chat, and tell them you want to check the build status on your new car.

Be prepared to give them the following information. If you're going to check obsessively like I just did, you'll want to save it in a text file to copy/paste.

Name
Address
Phone number
email address (if your dealer emails you, use the address they use)
VIN
Dealer name

I never waited more than a couple minutes for a response, and on the days I got updates from my dealer they were the same info. A lot of people complain about bad customer service calling in, but I've had flawless service through the chat. And once the car was scheduled for production I checked every day.

Your car will take a day or two to get through the plant, and then go to the upfitter for special equipment installation, and you'll be getting ALL the special equipment.
