I had to remove the right side valve cover when I installed my headers. Now I have a leak that I can not stop. Are these gaskets reusable? I only have 8000 miles on it so far. Is there a trick to installing these that I am not doing?? Thanks. SL.

The valve covers use rubber o-rings and are reusable as long as you did not tear one or rolled the o-ring when you re-installed.
Rolled is most likely the problem. Very tight even after removing as much harness tie down spots as I could see. I can hear it now from the guys at work "I use RTV".
